My Story
Hi! I’m Alex. I assist clients in a range of contract and property-related matters including business organization, service agreements, asset purchase agreements, real estate purchases gone wrong, contractor disputes, breach of contract lawsuits, lease agreements, evictions, partition proceedings, estate litigation, and homeowners association problems.
I handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, arbitration, mediation, and trial.
I have represented business owners, homeowners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and other clients in a wide range of contract, property, and litigation matters, including:
- Property litigation including boundary line or encroachment issues, specific performance for the purchase of real estate, and summary ejectment proceedings;
- Contract litigation involving issues such as a party’s failure to pay or failure to perform, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and unfair and deceptive trade practices; and
- The negotiation and drafting of various agreements.
Before starting Warner Law, I gained valuable experience as an associate at a mid-sized law firm that primarily handles insurance defense work, and then I worked for a small law firm handling general civil litigation matters. Prior to law school, I worked as the creative director of a magazine and then worked for a civil engineering company assisting with land development and design.
